Where do I find my FREE Name & Order Tags?

Once you are logged into your account you will see the button to access your free tags.

What payment methods do you accept?

Schools & Businesses have the option to pay via Direct Deposit or PayPal in our wholesale shop.

In our retail shop, Parents can only pay with PayPal.

Please note: If you don’t have a Paypal account you are able to pay with your credit card using the PayPal option

How long after placing my order is payment required?

Payment is required as soon as possible after your order is placed as your order WILL NOT be dispatched until payment is received.

How do I clean the Lunch Wallet?

Our Lunch Wallets should be cleaned after each use as you would your lunch box as it holds food.

Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth internally and externally after each use.

For heavier soiling, handwash in warm soapy water and hang out to dry immediately.

Can I use more than 1 discounts/promotions in the same order?

No, offers and promotions can not be used in conjunction. For example, if you have a promotion code to receive a discount but have also ordered 100 of the same product. You are not able to use the discount code and also receive the bulk bonus. The only offer that is applicable to all orders is free postage for 50 or more items in one order.

What material are the Lunch Wallets & All Rounders made from?

The Lunch Wallets are made from Non-Woven Poly Propylene. This is the same material that green shopping bags are made from.

The Insulated All Rounder is also made from Non-Woven Poly Propylene with a PEVA lining.

Can we return the stock if we change our mind?

Due to our flexible ordering options (eg. no minimum order quantity, outright ordering, or fundraising), we have kept the need for schools to return any stock to nil.

The only time we would be able to consider accepting a return is if the order had only just been received and was returned to us within seven (7) days of the original delivery, unopened and unused.

All costs incurred due to the return would be at the expense of the client. If you feel the need to return your order please contact us first to receive authorization.

The original postage cost to Stickybeaks will be deducted from the refund.

Can I put a Lunch Wallet in a pie warmer?

We do not recommend putting the lunch wallets into the oven or pie warmer as the bag may melt.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item you will need to send us your purchase invoice, photos, and a description of the fault. Please note: Wear and tear are not considered a manufacturing fault, this decision lies with the manufacturer as to if it’s a fault or wear and tear.

Please note: If you purchased your item through your school or another supplier you will need to return that item to them and they will contact us. We will then determine whether it is a manufacturing fault or wear and tear.

How big are the Lunch Wallets?

Size of Lunch Wallet is approximately: 23cm (H) x 18cm (W) x 10cm (D). Pocket sizes and colours may vary.

I am a Parent, and my School is doing an online fundraiser. How do I order?

You order exactly the same as you would normally do.

When you check out there is an option to add your school’s code. Please enter the unique code your school has provided in this section and they will receive profit for every item you order during the fundraising period. Also, don’t forget to enter the school’s name and the name and class of your eldest child. This is important for the collection of the lunch wallets, pencil cases & pencils at the end of the fundraiser. All other products purchased during the fundraiser will be shipped directly to you.

Postage Charges & Delivery Times

How much is postage for school & businesses orders?

For orders of less than 50 items, postage is $19.95 Australia Wide.

For orders of 50 or more items, you will receive FREE postage Australia Wide.

How much is postage for a Parent (Retail) Order?

The postage of your order will depend on your individual order and will be added at checkout.

How long before I receive my order?

Once your order has been placed and payment received, your order will be processed.

As we hold our stock in multiple locations there are slight variations in delivery times. You may also receive more than one parcel.

We will endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow 28 business days.

What if I provide incorrect postal details?

While all care is taken when sending orders, Stickybeaks can not be held responsible for parcels that go missing if the postal details we were given were incorrect or if Australia Post does not leave the order where it was requested to be left.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Please email us if you live outside Australia. We will post to some countries but postage will be charged accordingly and quoted at the time of an order being placed.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email confirmation the same day your order is dispatched.
