How Our Online Fundraiser Works
It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3 ….

APPLY FOR A WHOLESALE MEMBERSHIP

Check with your school to see if they already have login details.

If not, click the link below to apply for a wholesale membership.

Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

You can then proceed to set up your fundraiser.
Please note:

Each school is limited to one wholesale membership.
-
We recommend using a general school email address that can be easily passed on to future coordinators.

SETUP THE FUNDRAISER

A login is required to begin.

Once your account is set up, you’ll receive a unique code to share with parents.

Parents must enter this code when placing their order so it’s correctly allocated to your school.

At checkout, parents need to:

Select “Online School Fundraiser”

Enter the name and class of their eldest child.

PROMOTE THE FUNDRAISER

Effective promotion is the key to a successful fundraiser.

Make use of our free promotional materials to help boost awareness and sales.

Promote through your school newsletter and social media channels for maximum reach.

Remind parents to:

Enter your school’s unique code when ordering

Provide their details (name and class of eldest child)

Select the “Online School Fundraiser” option at checkout.
